1. Delivery Area

FZ Online Store delivers across Pakistan including but not limited to:

• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
• Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
• Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Sukkur
• And 150+ other cities and towns across Pakistan

We do not ship internationally at this time. Pakistan only.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Rs. 250 flat rate across Pakistan
• Free Delivery: On all orders above Rs. 5,000

3. Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2-3 working days (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi)
• Other Cities: 3-5 working days
• Remote Areas: 5-7 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement
• You will receive a confirmation call/WhatsApp message
• Tracking information will be shared when available
• Orders placed after 5 PM may be processed the next business day

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. Our courier partner will collect the payment at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Take photos/video of the package and contents
• Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement or refund
